Challenges

The customer faced unexpected growth in the number of engines needing transport, required all seven to be collected within a single day, and needed assurance of safe, on-time delivery from Ohio to Seattle.

Our Approach

Precision in Preparation

Drivers arrived at the collection site by 1700 hours the day before pickup, showing punctuality and readiness. Early arrival ensured ample rest and full alertness for the next morning’s loading process.

Swift Execution

Engines were carefully loaded, documented, and secured before departure. With all records complete, the convoy began a 2,400-mile journey along Interstate 90, crossing several states to reach Seattle.

Engine Collection

To meet strict timing, four air-ride trucks were positioned overnight. Each was assigned a specific ESN, with loading photos sent to the customer to support an international bank release. Upon confirmation, the convoy departed from Ohio to Seattle.
